HELP US
CREATE A VIDEO COURSE FOR YOUNG PEOPLE LEAVING ORPHANAGES
We are raising ₽1,000,000 to create a free, professionally produced educational video course that will help young people prepare for independent adult life.
ABOUT THE PROJECT
Path into Adulthood is a free educational platform for teenagers and young adults preparing for independent life after leaving an orphanage.
We bring together clear, practical information about documents, housing, finances, employment, healthcare, rights and benefits, safety, relationships, and other aspects of adult life.
Our goal is to give young people this knowledge in advance, so that when they face a difficult situation, they know what to do, where to turn, and what rights they have.
NEXT STEP
We want to create a short, professionally produced video course with experts that will complement the materials already available on the platform.
The course The First Months After Leaving Care will consist of 10 video lessons and help young people navigate the challenges they face every day after leaving an orphanage: managing money and day-to-day life, finding work and housing, handling documents and benefits, avoiding scams, and knowing where to turn when something goes wrong. This is especially important because, in the first months of independent life, mistakes caused by a lack of experience and support can lead to losing money, housing, or benefits — or even ending up in an unsafe situation.
The course will be completely free and remain openly available on the platform.
VIDEO COURSE BUDGET

WE ARE RAISING ₽1,000,000 TO CREATE THE VIDEO COURSE
The funds will cover the full production process:
-
course development and expert fees;
-
professional studio rental;
-
equipment;
-
editing and post-production;
-
preparation and publication of the completed course on the platform.
We want to create a high-quality educational resource that young people can rely on for years to come.
